🪵 Yin Practice Lab: Wood, Fascia, Fire + Presence (45 min)
This session explores the physical foundations of Wood and Fire—fascia and circulation—and how Yin Yoga collaborates with these systems to support the healthy flow of Qi. Postures include Child’s Pose, Melting Heart, and Twisted Roots, followed by a 15-minute Supported Savasana to deepen into meditative stillness.
