I love your writings. I can relate to this task of stacking wood. When one grieves, as I do now, the simplest of tasks, even though physically challenging helps me put some” order” in this unknown territory. It makes sense, and when the task is done, I can see the progress. Grief can’t be seen , so we wonder… will it end? When? Is there a limit, will the light come? I once was told, it takes very brave person to honor grief and sadness. I used to think that couldn’t be true as I dragged myself through these periods. I’ve now come to know, yes it is, as Jesus said, “Blessed are those who have faith, and cannot see.” It’s easy to have faith in Divine, Source, whomever one prays to, when things are great. However, when the world is dark, and we try and untangle the web of fog living “in between”, what was and the uncertainty of what may or may not be coming, that we can’t orchestrate, we celebrate these mundane, simple things first, feel a sense of completion, knowing the end is coming when we crawl out and say……”Thank you. That feeling has finally lifted”🌅
